- 4 tablespoons of honey (to taste, but given the richness of flavors it is advisable to use one with a not very intense aroma)
- 2 teaspoons of black tea powder
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of cloves
- 1 tablespoon of cardamom
- 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds
- 1 vanilla pod
- 3 cups of milk
Gather in a small pan the honey, the tea and the spices, add the milk, a cup of water and bring to the boiling point.
Let simmer for 5 minutes with the pan uncovered then remove from heat, put the lid on and let soak for 25 minutes.
Filter and serve the tea, hot or cold.
